What is a Competent Person Training?

competent person on site to provide training to employees. Become your

Attendees will learn specific OH&S regulations, how to conduct and
document safety training properly, how to reduce their company's
liability, and how to create a compliant workplace. The day's training
will include the following topics and materials:
- Fall Protection
- Scaffold Training
- Ladder Training
- Aerial Work Platforms, Scissor lifts, Lift baskets, and Boom trucks
- Flammable and Combustible Liquids
- Powered Industrial Equipment
- Earth Moving Equipment
- Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
- WHMIS Training
- Reference Binder, CD of Power Point slides, and Trainer Certificate
- Template Certificates and Wallet cards to distribute to trained employees by the CP
All Participants who successfully complete the course will receive a
Competent Person (CP) Certificate authorizing their training.
